Isaac White from the Brisbane Bullets seems to be enjoying his new home state of Queensland. Although the Mackay Meteors lost both games over the weekend, White was a true leader with a combined 66 points.

The Meteors lost to Jonah Antonio’s Cairns Marlins, 96-89, with Antonio dropping 15 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists.

USC Rip City’s Kouat Noi and Matt Kenyon both played impactful minutes over the Red City Roar and the Brisbane Capitals.

NBL1 South had NBL players drop some healthy numbers in the NBL1’s annual Pink Round. 36ers’ Nick Marshall recorded 19 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists.

Sandringham Sabres teammates Campbell Blogg and Ben Ayre partnered together in their 36-point win over the Keilor Thunder, where Zac Triplett recorded 21 points.

Eltham Wildcats’ Owen Foxwell starred alongside Sydney Kings’ championship player Angus Glover.

Foxwell recorded 25 points with 7 rebounds and 7 assists, whilst Glover top-scored with 31 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists.

South East Melbourne Phoenix’s Gorjok Gak secured a double-double for the Willetton Tigers. Gak produced 22 points and 16 rebounds over the Geraldton Buccaneers who featured Sydney Kings’ Isaac Gattorna.

Gattorna and the Buccaneers dominated the Tigers with a 22-point win, pushing them to third position on the NBL1 West ladder.
