The Brisbane Bullets have signed Josh Kunen to a two-year deal.

The Brisbane Bullets have announced the signing of Josh Kunen on a two-year deal.

Kunen will be a development player for his first season, with the second season holding a club option to elevate him to the main roster.

Kunen has spent the past five seasons playing for the University of San Francisco and averaged a career-best 5.1 points per game in his 2020-21 sophomore season.

The 6'8" forward attended the Centre of Excellence prior to his time in the American collegiate system, before playing 159 times for the Dons, 80 of which were starts.

"Josh is an athlete we have known for many years and his potential is what excites us most about this signing,” Brisbane coach Justin Schueller said.

“He has great daily habits, high IQ and is a versatile player with his ability to play off the bounce and stretch the floor”.

“We look forward to him coming into our group and impacting winning every day, while helping him achieve his own goals”.

Josh Kunen joins Josh Bannan, Tyrell Harrison, Sam McDaniel, Mitch Norton, Casey Prather, Isaac White, Rocco Zikarsky, Deng Adel, Tohi Smith-Milner, Keandre Cook and Development Player Kye Savage on the Bullets' NBL25 squad.
